Terms and conditions of sale

1. All quoted / advertised prices exclude delivery/packing charges.

As purchaser you are responsible for organising your own freight / collection from my studio in Brunswick, Melbourne.

Please consider the cost, as this may affect the size of the artwork you purchase.

No liability for loss or damage is accepted once artwork has been collected.

Pickup is by mutual arrangement – contact me to organise day and time.

2. Artwork is sold unframed.  Artwork may be published showing framing for display purposes only.

3. Original paintings are created using acrylic paint and oil mediums (paint and oil pigment sticks). Some fading of colours is normal over time.

4. Avoid hanging artworks in direct sunlight and west facing windows to delay this process. Please keep this in mind when investing in an artwork.

5. I do not accept returns based on ageing.

6. Returns and exchanges are not offered on purchases for change of mind. If you would like a video of the artwork prior to committing to your purchase, please email me or direct message me on Instagram.

7. Commissions – once we have discussed your ideas I will provide a written quote via email.

A deposit may be required depending on the size of the canvas and will be detailed on your quote. If you live interstate, you will be responsible for organising shipping and freight but I can provide companies near me that can assist you with that.

I will send you photographs and videos of the artwork for you to approve via email

I try my best for the colours to be as accurate as possible but due to differences in phone and computer screens this can vary slightly.

Commissioned art will not be replaced or returned due to change of mind once it has been collected.

8. Delivery

As per the conditions above, delivery/packing are not included in quoted/advertised prices.
